Finally! After a LONG time looking locally I found Asafoetida Powder! I also found ALOT of Vegetarian options and flavors. It is great to know that I don't have to drive to Sydney to get these great ingredients. I was also very impressed when they gave me many home made recipes, which help an Aussie like me buy the RIGHT ingredients for popular Indian dishes. Interesting flavors and lots to choose from!
