Indian Graduate Student Association Pennsylvania State University
Indian Graduate Student Association was formed in the Spring of the year 2003. The IGSA was formed to act as a platform for all the Indian graduate students at the Pennsylvania State University. Penn State has a Indian graduate population of approximately 800 students at its University Park campus.The main goals of this organization is to behave as a global group that would be a representative of all the Indian graduate and post-doctoral fellows at Penn State University. The group that formed this organization has been involved in various other organizations and has successfully executed various functions, the big ones including OMKAR festival. The group also encourages and supports other activities / projects that are undertaken by other Indian graduate groups like the Penn State Vedic Society, Hindu Student Council, Penn State Cricket club etc.Website
