Indian Graduate Student Association Washington University
Umang (meaning enthusiasm in Hindi) is the campus-wide Indian graduatestudent association of Washington University in St. Louis. Umang is
actively involved in bringing together the Indian community at
Washington University through social and cultural events as well as
actively raising awareness of India's rich cultural heritage within the
campus community and beyond. Umang is an independent, non-political,
non-religious, and non-profit organization that is open to all students and scholars attending Washington University and their families.
