New England School of Music (NESOM)

The New England School of Music (NESOM) was founded by tabla maestro Aditya Kalyanpur and launched in mid-2008 as an educational and cultural organization based in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Indian Classical music is our passion and life-pulse; its myriad rhythms, melodies, moods, and timbre, our inspiration. Drawing on the incredible repertoire of this musical heritage and with commitment to nurturing its future, we have established NESOM to be one of the harbingers of Indian Classical music in the United States. NESOM currently offers tabla classes in Nashua, Acton, Shrewsbury and Brookline on weekdays and weekends. Contact us for rolling admissions.
